Luang Pu Thuat

Luang Pu Thuat is a most powerful and famous master since 400 years ago, A lot of his lagendry stories still can be heard among the thai pendant collectors now adays.

Luang Pu Thuat was born in BE 2125 (1852) in a small village in southern Thailand, Luang Pu Thuat's parents need to work hard in a farm so their daily expenses, one day when Luang Pu Thuat finished buzy working from the farm and prepared to have thier lunch, they saw a giant snake was Twisted around Little baby (Luang Pu Thuat), they were so scared and pray to the load Buddha to help their baby safe from the snake, suddenly, they saw the snake split out a crystal ball on their baby's body and then left the baby.

From the day Thuat's parents got the crystal ball from the snake, their life become better, and this make the landloard start jealous Thuat's parents, the landloard always create alot of problems to Thuat's parents and forced them to handover the snake crystal ball to him. Due to Thuat's parents are very sincere buddhist and they dont want to fight with the landlord so they gave the crystal ball to the landlord.

After the landlord got the crystal ball, not the good luck he got, but all the bad luck came to him, and lastly he lost all his properties and the snake crystal ball was returned to Thuat.

At age 7, Thuat was study in Wat Dee Luang, and his master was Somparn Juang. Thuat is very clever and smart boy and when he was age 15, his master Somparn Juang was the one who lead Thuat to be a Ning (Litter Monk).

When Thuat reach the age to be a monk, he took a boat to Ayuthaya to continue his Buddhism study, at that time from southern Thailand to Ayuthaya will took 3 days and 3 nights journey, One day, the weather change, big storm, huge wave stopped the boat journey, all the passangers in the boat were so worried, they worried about their life, their food. They strong storm and huge wave delay their journey for more than 3 days, after the storm end and the wave gone, evrybody in the boat start blaming Thuat, they scold Thuat as a bad luck people and almost coz all of them death.

At that time Thuat just kept quite and then walk to the end of the boat, he pray for a while and then put his leg into the sea water, "Drink the water now and you all will not fell hungry and thirsty" Thuat said.

"Haaaa.......????" drink the sea water????? yes, i m sure not only the passangers in the boat will confused, you as the reader also cant belive what Thuat said.

But after they drink the sea water, they found that the water was not salty at all, but sweat, and their weak bodies recovered as normal, after these, they all realised that Thuat is a real master eventhough his age at that time was only 21 years old.

There are still many legendry stories that left by Luang Pu Thuat, and I will continue to write it on time to time..........
